Caricature artists get bored at work.

Here's a couple pics from my new sketchbook. They include a few sketches of fellow caricature artist Steve Robbins- one with him getting hit by a basketball while drawing(true story). And also there are sketches of artist Matt and Corbett.

New website!

Well, after a couple weeks of procrastination, way too little free time, and difficulties with godaddy.com, I finally have a new and improved website up and running. And I've got my own domain! So exciting... well, maybe not. But anyways, fell free to check out www.marcandersonillustration.com.

You know it figures that as soon as I put a couple days of hard work redesigning my website, that I would come up with a bunch of new work I want to put on my portfolio page. Oh well. It'll have to wait till the next time I get motivated enough to put it all together again.

Here's a couple of sketches from the newly filled up sketchbook. I started coloring pages in the sketchbook with my airbrush out at Valleyfair just to mix things up a bit. The unsuspecting victims include a memory sketch of Tom Richmond, and sketches of Jim Hungaski and Greg Ganeles. The rest are randoms from Valleyfair.
