Oh baby don't cry.

Nothing too much to say about these, except I liked the internet one. Out here in rural Menomonie, WI, we have one internet service provider to choose from: Charter Cable. Many rural areas have to succumb to the monopolies of the ISPs as there is no competition in those places. Not only is my cable bill much higher than I would like it, but Charter has a tendency to send a shoddy internet signal. Of course its up to "their standards", but I didn't realize they settled for utter crap.

Today's Cartoon and Sketches!

I wasn't sure were to go with a cartoon about the treaty signed yesterday by Obama and Russian President Medvedev. It was a pretty impressive thing. We are going to reduce our nuclear arms by about 33%. Since our two countries control about 90% of the worlds nukes, that means that roughly 30% of the worlds nuclear fire power will be gone. Pretty cool, huh. Anyway, I kinda liked how the inks turned out. I used a brush and a few micron pens. Also, there are sketches of Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and Kim Jong Il up there. Both have some great faces.

sketcheroo!

Here are a few sketches from the last couple cartoons I posted. Nothing exciting, but I liked the Sarkozy sketches.

This was the first time I got a chance to draw Nicolas Sarkozy. He has a pretty amazing face.

Editorial Toons!

I haven't done any political cartoons in a bit, so I thought I'd toss up these two drawings I did recently.
